All Sebenza software is available for download immediately after purchase. The invoice screen and email confirmation will contain your Sebenza software download link and license key. Non-Sebenza software will be sent manually to the customer.
Refund Policy
In the event your Sebenza module does not work out for you, a store credit in the full amount will be issued. Please contact Sebenza with any credit requests and please include the reason to expedite the return process. In order to qualify for a store credit, your Sebenza module must be fully un-installed and deleted from your MIVA Merchant installation. All sales are final for non-Sebenza products.
