I've wanted custom fields for categories for years, thanks to this mod I've got them. As usual, it installed rapidly and it's easily implemented. Crying shame it does not feature an import or export function . . . but I'm better off *with* this module than without.

We purchased this module a few months ago and although we haven't had that many customers write product reviews, it is very simple for them to and we have received many Company Reviews. Using Product Template Manager we were able to create a Product page for Customer Feedback for overall company experience reviews and ratings and its worked out great for us. This module was very easy to setup and customize.

Allowing customers to set up accounts and log in later is great so they don't have to retype their info with each order. However, with hundreds of sites asking for user names and passwords, many customers simply forget which user name they used. But they probably used their main email address. So, with this module, you won't lose people who try a bunch of user name and password possibilities until they finally quit.

We have been using Miva Merchant since 2001 and this is by far the best module we have ever purchased. It is completely customizable to our type of business and the ODBC shipping setup saves us hours of work every day.
The Order Status Types are completely customizable and you can add an infinite amount. We have setup and use Backordered, Canceled, Shipped, Superseded and Processing. Each item in an order can be assigned a different status and the module will even email the customer their status.
The ODBC setup is well worth the extra cost. Not only does it pull the shipping information from Miva, it sends back the tracking number and posts it to the customers order!
I highly recommend this module for every Miva store!

One of the hardest things about moving from mm4 to mm5 was the lack of the free toolbar at the bottom. I found myself reaching for it all the time during development of my mm5 site. Thank goodness it's back and this time with no ads. Purchase this module, it's worth every penny in time saved. |

Get this module. It should be a built in feature of Miva but it's not. Give your customers the ablility to edit the attributes they selected for the product. Less confused customers calling in asking why they selected size large and now they want x-large but there is no way to change it without deleting the item and starting again. (example) Now they can. Works best with direct attributes on the products. A must if you have a gift certificate module so the people can edit the message they spend a few minutes writing. Get this module to have happier customers and less support calls.

If you as the webmaster want to get on better terms with the people who handle all the customers and orders --- get this module. The features the office people like best are the shortlinks you can add to delete expired baskets, rebatch orders by date module, direct order number lookup. I like the ability to type in OPAY (for example) into the page search and have it bring up the OPAY page edit. This module saves everybody time and mistakes. If you have your back end as MySQL you can also tweak a few of the links a bit if you have modules that have duplicate names or of your db goofs. I could have built an html frame to do most of what this module does but for the low price it pays to just buy this module! Thanks Scott.

This module is great because I can template the look and feel however I want. It's also MySQL driven so I can back the data up and see how it all works. I have mine templated so it's all done using the PROD page.
Product reviews are very important for adding credibility to your products. And the product reviews are excellent SEO copy for your pages with relevant information.
Great module + Sebenza's support is awesome too. Can't go wrong.

What a great module! I thought, like most other modules, it would take all day to install the mod. I was wrong. It took longer to purchase it then to install it! It works exactly as it should and I didn't have to worry about it messing up my other installed modules. I'm so glad I finally purchased it! I should have bought it sooner!

This has saved me time and frustration. Before, keeping track of modules, pages and items was convoluted at its best. With the Item Manager, I don't have to remember to add an item to every single page. The Item Manager's one page manages all pages at a glance. Install the module, go to the item mgr, select the pages you want it to work on and your are good to go. I love it!

The Sebenza Registry/Wishlist is by far the only way to go when you need a gift/wish list for MIVA 5. I have tried others but they pale in comparison. I was able to setup the entire wishlist and template within 1 day compared to a weeks worth of work from a competitor! If a wishlist is what you need...LOOK NO FURTHER!

Suggested Products by Sebenza is the perfect module for anyone who has an array of products and is looking to increase sales. The greatest part of this module is it suggests products based on the purchasing habits of your customers. Thus, your customers are indirectly referring products to each other and doing a better job than you could. Also, who has the time to fill out a Related Product for every item? This module essentially does this for the entire site, taking only a few minutes of time for setup.
